Local Rules

Basic Rules 
We do not wish to spoil your enjoyment, so have deliberately not imposed masses of restrictions. These are a few basic points that we request from our members and guests.

All persons using the facilities must be a member, be accompanied by a member, or have purchased a "one time day pass" (OTDP)**.

Members, guests and OTDP holders using Greenfields Carp fishery including all its facilities do so at their own risk and members will be responsible for advising their guests of the same. 

All persons fishing must have a full set of equipment (see equipment tab), the sharing of equipment is not permitted.

No fishing between dusk and dawn, no fishing if the entrance gates are closed.

The welfare of the fish and the wildlife within the grounds are our primary concern, so common sense and a general knowledge of course fishing is expected from all.

Persons showing a lack of etiquette and/or knowledge will be asked to leave with no refund of any monies paid.  

Fishing is by day ticket only, the fee will become due upon commencement of fishing.

All fish are "catch and return alive to the water". The removal of fish from the facility is theft.

All persons over the age of 12 are required to hold a valid national rod license.

No person under the age of 16 is permitted without the prior consent of the bailiff.

Visitors and spectators are not permitted unless by prior arrangement.

** one time day pass (OTDP) are available to those wishing to trial the facility or for those coming from afar.
